Fyi, love the signing. The last 2 years show there was/is obviously something going on behind the scenes in GB

What he did was really stupid and Brees would be mad at him the same way if he did it again. Payton would've probably cut him that night rather than trade him.

Montgomery has seen his workload decrease the past few seasons but has a career YPC of 4.6, with 3.25 of them coming after contact.
He also brings WR caliber hands to the backfield (WR at Stanford), hauling in 94.4% of his catchable targets in his career.

IIRC it goes
- was taken out on an offensive play the drive before
- he throws a tantrum on the sidelines
- kickoff, they get the ball back; coach tells him to take a knee since its <2mins to allow rodgers a chance to make a comeback
- he takes it out, fumbles it
- loss

Yeah he could be a solid depth signing, but anybody thinking he’s going to be this productive weapon will be disappointed.
