Allen runs the D so I am not that worried about it. Its laughable to bring in a buddy but whatever, that's the NFL.

He was the db coach in Denver that had the #1 pass defense.
2017 dc had #3 defense in Denver
Had the #5 defense in Cleveland in 2021
Also best pass defense in the league when he was in San Fran.

I see you’re sunshine pumping this like Underhill. The Browns fans were ecstatic to get rid of him. They had the worst run D in the NFL and they had so many blown coverages during his entire tenure there.
If we were interviewing just as a DBs coach, that’s a totally different conversation. The fact he was JUST fired and DA bringing him in for an interview not as a position coach but as a DC candidate is just laughable

I believe we need a secondary coach and a Dline coach. Perhaps Woods will be the secondary coach.

Yeah this isn't as bad as people make it out to be. He was a scapegoat for having no quality DIs last year. That's going to create a shite run defense.

Woods is one of the best coaches at defending the pass.
