If the line doesn't move when the defense jumps in the neutral zone then there is no flag on the defense unless the defense touches an offensive player.
Troy is obviously having problems from concussions as the offensive line was drawn offsides by the Patriots. I don't know why he would entertain the fact that Brees made his own guys jump offsides.
