Kelly is not the winningest coach in ND history (vacated wins), if you want to say 'winningest' he's also the losingest (most losses as ND head coach).
Kelly's a terrible recognizing and developing quarterbacks, started garbage players over his best QBs (Kizer, Book sat for 2 years), his players universally hate him, ND fans are glad he's gone.

That’s fine with me, he’s what lsu needs at this time though and he’s not the quarterback coach anyway.
Qbs in college aren’t really there long enough to get developed a lot . They have to have a good bit of talent to start with and then progress and I haven’t seen him have a ton to start with a notre dame.

Y’all got Marcus freeman though..he’s everybody’s boy and he will let his players run all over him. Trust me I’ve seen that shite before. It may work at first but players want to be held accountable and want structure. That’s why orgeron had people leaving

That’s a stretch. If Freeman sucks and we spiral like the era we were in before him it will be terrible, but if Freeman keeps up the recruiting and wins a natty I will be happy.

Keizer and Zaire had talent but who else has he had that he didn’t maximize ? None of his qbs do worth a frick in the nfl and somehow he wins with them
