No way they fire him this quickly. He is safe through next year.

They get the impression that these guys don’t want to play for DA.

I would have gone with Harbaugh. Offensive coach that was in the nfc championship 3 out of his 4 years and got to the super bowl. Plenty of good defensive coordinators out there to pair up with him. He’s a better NFL coach than college coach and wanted back in this year. Not many out there with a better resume.

This is what I posted. As usual, I was right and ahead of my time.

Allen will get fired towards the end of next year. Book it

Makes me wonder what made the Saints go all-in with this clusterfrick of a staff and squad. They acted like they were a WR and an OT away, mortgaged the future with no franchise QB in the building, signed a bunch of geriatrics in the off-season. It was as obvious as day to the plain observer that this team was going nowhere quick but the billionaire and millionaires on Airline Drive really thought this team could win games.

Bieneny isn’t a head coach for a reason. Just like Carmichael he’s “offensive coordinator” in an offense that isn’t his. Andy Reid runs that show just like Payton ran it here.

On top of that there’s some off field baggage with bienemy.

I do want an offensive minded coach though to develop whoever the next QB is.

I don’t think they dislike Allen, but they clearly don’t respect him

Another year of this could implode the franchise for 4-6 years AFTER next year, especially if we don't start blowing it up in the offseason. If we kick the can down the road again this offseaon and then suck in 2023, it's going to be real bad.

Yes because we won’t be getting back half the team from injury, causing our woes in the first place

Don’t be so dramatic

This is the only way I could see him getting canned after this season, if he loses the players.

Because exactly why??? It's not like he can bring Mahomes and Kelce with him.

Coach being fired doesn't solve anything. It's the GM who put us in this mess and its only going to get worse.

This sounds exactly like the hopium during this offseason justifying the hire of Allen.

and what did you think you were getting with DA?

If you paid any attention to his time with the raiders, then you saw what he did with no Sean Payton and no Drew Brees. You knew what a disaster this would be. He sucked arse with them

Season was fricked the moment you promoted him
