First time watching this guy today.

I’m thrilled saints may have solved their qb problem. Winning our way out of drafting this guy makes me a little sad.

This guy stands out as the clear Sunday athlete in this game.

As much as we need offensive weapons, getting a dynamic DL to round out young, granderson and bresee would be huge going forward.

We've won way too many games to get Bain

We need some big playoff performances from Simpson and Dante Moore to dilute the top 10 spots.

Don’t think he’s a shoe in top 5 after he measures

Agreed. His production isn’t there and his arms are short

We need a DE or LB that can run down a mobile QB. We can get Bain and LB Perkins. This might solve our problems.

His post game comments were very immature...F bombs to A&Ms coach, players, the school, etc. surprised he didn't mention the dog. Don't need that type of garbage in our locker room. Additionally, he's a tweener...arms too short for DE, too slow for LB, too light for interior...will be another bust for the Saints if drafted in the 1st round. Will fall to the mid-late 1st round.

I only saw two games of Miami this year: Notre Dame in the opener & the Aggies today. Both games, Bains shined.

Mock drafts have been dropping him, so I got a feeling he'll fall more after the combine, but so did 5'-11" Elvis Dumervil (to the 4th round). In the two games I watched, the dude is a play-maker. That INT vs Notre Dame was athletic AF, so I don't care what his measurables project for the next level. I didn't see his other games, so maybe his flaws were obvious, but athleticism is not one of them.

Bain had a great game after a sub par (based on preseason expectations) season. He went from being the best player in the draft to possibly dropping to the mid teens.

I don’t want another player that will be loaded with hype only to become a bust on our team. We need someone that’s more consistent and reliable.

A&M was throwing jabs at him leading up the game

We need more attitude like Bain’s imo

Bain Isn't gap disciplined against the run. He has a habit of leaving his assignment/gap early and can lose outside contain when setting the edge. He likes to gamble to make plays and can get burned by running backs who are good at setting defenders up on zone runs.

While a highly productive player throughout the year, Bain's statistics in the CFP game represent a significant jump from his typical seasonal output.

Total sacks and TFL’s before CFP game last night was 4.5 and 7.5 respectively and on yesterday’s game he totaled 3 sacks and 4 TFL’s ,
Saints draft room beware .

I thought the opposite, very little explosiveness.

If the experts think he can play 4-5 tech DE spot and still be productive maybe.
I think Faulk may have better size for that.

We are slowly trending to Delane, Love or an OT.

Well someone will be taking him in the first lol. Unless he just bombs the combine. At his point if the Saints go front 7, I’d rather see Faulk or the DT from Ohio State.

Teams do have an uncanny ability of talking themselves out of taking a good player.
