I don\'t think he is drunk. I heard him do an interview on a radio show during Super Bowl week and the best way to describe the interview was awkward. He is not a good speaker at all.

I thought his speech was very good. That's who Rickey is so why change anything. He said on WWL during the week that he wouldn't go up there with a written speech and that he would speak from his heart and he did. He was never one for words. He would let his play do the talking.

doesnt matter to me, it is just awesome to finally see a Saint in the Hall....really cool year to be a Saints fan.

Way to bring your "A" game, Ricky. Guess that is what happens when you bring a fricking towel with you to the podium instead of a speech.

When they cut over to shots of Rice and Smith, you could tell they were trying so hard not to burst out laughing.
