If you don't understand what that word means, sure.

And judging by your recent post history, that isn't surprising

Randy Moss is to class as a bowling ball is to Calculus.

ETA: Between Moss & Ray Lewis, that network gets it's volume turned down when I'm around.

Journeyman Quarterbacks

quote:

A journeyman quarterback is a term used for an American football (typically NFL) quarterback who plays for several teams over a career. Such a player is typically signed to year-by-year contracts, and may be signed by a team to fill in for an injured starter. The term is normally pejorative.

I don't think that only 2 teams count as several. Brees is as much of a Journeyman QB as Steve Young is.

Can I say that's the pot calling the kettle black or is that taken as racist in this day and age?

Wasn't the other person he was referring to Philip Rivers? Who has literally only played for one team?
Well, Rivers started at Athens High School, then journeyed to North Carolina State, then journeyed to San Diego.

I would describe Randy Moss's commenting style as less than pedestrian.

For Moss's eyes only:

quote:

1.
lacking inspiration or excitement; dull.
"disenchantment with their present, pedestrian lives"
synonyms: dull, boring, tedious, monotonous, uneventful, unremarkable, tiresome, wearisome, uninspired, unimaginative, unexciting, uninteresting, uninvolving;

Moss himself is a journeyman, he probably doesn't see it as a bad thing. I wouldn't take this as an insult, but I'd like to hear the context he used the term in.

Randy Moss has been ran off from more teams than Drew has played for, not counting getting ran of from his college team.
