I can hear Coach Payton now..."oh no Pete you're leaving? Oh man. Need a lift to the airport?"

The Bills have really botched this entire coaching situation.

I’m pretty sure this board would have been excited to get Joe Brady as our coach last year.

He may fall flat on his face or maybe he turns out to be a good coach. But at least he’s not a retread.

I’m sure this is why he was hired. Brady is the real offensive coaching talent.

I'm sure Brady is going to continue to be the play caller and, practice, "OC". As long has Pete is just holding the clipboard the Bills will be fine. He was the Saints' OC for 13 years with Payton. The Saints didn't collapse....because Payton was the playcaller.

I may need a break from this board. Scrolling through and I thought you said at least he's not a retard, and my first thought was "well, we'll find out soon enough"

Bills also need a talent upgrade at some key positions.

I’m just saying, you’d be more excited for Brady or someone like McCarthy?

Brady didn’t give Loomis the time of day last year. Now he gets a shot at being in charge of a team with the best or one of the best QBs in the league.

Fired a few days ago. Hope he wasn't too worried about getting another job.

When he was OC for the Saints Sean Payton called the plays. Didn’t seem to be involved too much.

I'm gonna need him to take some of Sean Payton's defensive staff as well.

He must have made an impression on Joe Brady when Joe Brady was on the Saints staff in a supporting role. It’s extremely possible that Pete did a good job in assisting with the game planning.

I do recall that in 2012 when Payton was suspended Pete was the OC and the offense was actually quite good. Drew Brees of course makes people better.

Brady would’ve jumped at the chance to be a HC last year, Saints got extremely fortunate to snag Kellen.
