Whoever they hire next will get an extremely long leash. Hire an offensive minded guy, and just eat the next 2 years and stockpile top 10 picks and start rebuilding the roster.

It’s inevitable. But I’d much rather know we’re in a rebuild and have some hope in an offensive minded HC and the hope we could land a top QB or some other top tier talent in the top 10 of the draft than do what we are currently doing. It’s time to cut bait with this coaching staff and start the rebuild

Stop asking strangers how your dick tastes?? Are you trying to force people to taste your dick? Personally I think that those comments can be deemed as sexual harassment and you technically have wrote it several times on this board.

This is where the Saints fricked up. You don't hire a defensive coach as a HC if you want your strength to be on offense like it had the previous decade and a half.

The Saints are going back to being bottom feeders in the NFL. The window is closed. Either you're ready for heartache year in and year out, or just give up. This team won't sniff another super bowl for 20 years.

Our strength has been our D under Allen, and I think that was the plan. Running + D (hence the large investment in a backup RB and high selection of a RB in the draft)

Yep, as a DC, not HC. Saints are fricked for years.

This is bs. You are right if we keep giving away draft picks to move up for mediocre talents. Moving up for Davenport and Olave was just stupid and cost to much.

Quarterbacks can change a franchise. The two teams that will likely be playing in the nfc championship have got their QBs in the 2nd and 7th round. So it can happen. And I thought they drafted Hurts a round to early.

Good cap management and good drafting were the ways to go once Brees retired. But instead the front office was just trying to dick ride the ghost of Sean Payton. And now we in purgatory.
