Don’t they only have the 49ers first, and if they win next weekend it will be basically 2nd rounder it’s so far down. Dint think they have a 2nd this year on top of it. They have the least amount of shite to trade of all the teams.

Right but first rounders also weren’t cost controlled at that time. You had to negotiate with them just like vets.

These are their picks:

Round 1: via 49ers through Dolphins (Bradley Chubb trade)
Round 3: own pick
Round 3: via Colts (2022 draft trade)
Round 4: own pick
Round 5: own pick
Round 6: via Steelers (Malik Reed trade)

Loomis would trade all of those in a bundle for another center anyway.

more like a division 2 DE who tested well but only has 5 career sacks.

of which we can blame Payton for a lot of these mind-boggling draft moves. Loomis was just an instrument of Payton

The Broncos 2023 1st is from the Niners...gonna be a real late first rounder.

This was always the case. People took the raiders deal from 20 years ago and only used it as precedent.

Yes that’s how precedence works.

But the 2-decade gap weakens the precedent. It's a different league now.

Fair compensation is their 1st from the 49ers, both 3rds and next years 1st. No cash. Those four picks for a Super Bowl winning coach 1 year removed from coaching.

My theory
Take their 1st and 3rd this year plus Patrick Surtain
Now trade Lattimore to Cincinnati for a 1st and 3rd this year

Then with 2 late 1’s, they can package up to move into middle first round or possibly around 10.

Well there has been a large portion of posters who believe we "don't get sh!t" "Loomis sucks" or "best buddies with CSP" etc.
And many of these same posters will crap on any deal we end up with no matter how good it is

Don't see trading a 3rd for Carr given how big of a cap hit his current contract would be. Either wait for him to be cut, or the Raiders would have to pick up a sizable share of his future earnings.

i'd like to have carr at qb, but only if he's released. would rather have dalton back than trade picks for carr and that ridiculous contract. i would actually just assume run with taysom and draft hooker.
