It is fear mongering

Look up the cost to purchase a NFL team, move that NFL team, and build a new stadium. Y’all act like it’s turn key.

Agree, sell and relocate is the only solution. shite owner, shite city and state, shite coaches and players, etc.

Why anyone wasted tons of money on season tickets is beyond me?

It's not fear mongering. There aren't many people that are in Louisiana that can take on that type of investment. The ones that can don't necessarily need to keep them there.
I just don’t see the nfl allowing a team move away from where they have one of the most used and loved host sites for their Super Bowl.

Most owners are exactly lake Gayle. Very few are hands on and involved with day to day operations

The ones who are hands on and involved are generally hated by their fans, too.

It's not simple but if the new owner is hell bent on getting a new stadium there is no shortage of places that would be willing to give it to them.

If the team were sold, would you still root for them? Say they went to San Antonio? It wouldn’t be that far away. But what about Toronto or San Diego or Salt Lake?

They were threatening to move KC just this year.

Realistically you only have to buy the team, cities will build the stadium because the owners have them by the balls

Hopefully our next owner isn’t a functionary of the Archdiocese.

careful what you asked for I lived in Seattle at one time when they sold that team and that new owner almost moved the Seahawks out of Seattle. a new owner may come in and want to move the Saints

no, that’s reality. A new owner will find a new market. The Saints are small market.

Saints are a regional team. Nothing else close. Maybe Houston? And Titans?
