Either
1) No one in that front office or on that coaching staff has a fricking clue whats going on.
or
2) They think we (the fans) are stupid and will take whatever coach speak bullshite they say as fact.
PEOPLE ARE SELLING TICKETS AND BOOING BECAUSE YOU HAVE A shite PRODUCT AND BASED ON THE COMMENTS TO THE MEDIA IT SEEMS LIKE YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW THAT CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE.

The thing that pisses me off about his quote the most is the fact that it makes absolutely no fricking sense. Anyone who has decent tickets for these games is selling them at a huge loss. It has nothing to do with economics. It’s the exact opposite of economics. I paid around $400 for my pair of tickets this weekend. They sold on SeatGeek last night for a grand total of $120. The economics of it say that I lost $280 by selling my tickets. I sold the tickets despite the economics, not because of them. When I don’t renew it will be because it is a dumbass financial decision. Then it will be about the economics. Right now it is just because I have no desire to watch this team play.

The economics say your original cost was already sunken. You got back $120 plus didn’t drive, pay parking and not a dollar to concessions. You saved over $200 plus likely but choosing to not watch the sorry arse saints.

ownership has become complacent like john mecom junior was.

heir fans wanted to travel for this away game as a destination location.
Exactly, huge numbers of them at Harrah's later that evening having a good time and leaving some coin in NOLA.

Put a better product on the field. When Brees and Payton were here and on a roll the Dome was rocking. Get back to that and you will have no problem with visitors taking over the Dome. Until then you will. Plain and simple. Visitors will come just because its New Orleans and they can party for the weekend.

the economics of selling my tickets for $80 below face value? Yeah, that’s it Mickey.
