This offense is bad but it's not "Bring in the rookie 4th round QB pick that was suspended for the first 6 games" bad.
Heaner was always a long shot to play unless Carr went down for the season and Winston got hurt.

Despite what you experts think you know, Hill is not the #3 QB. He's got the ability to play QB but will never play the starting QB role in New Orleans or on any NFL team. No saying he can't but he won't. He has to much value in other areas of the field to lock him into one position. And you have no one on your team that can fill those roles if he's not playing them.
Simply put, if it came to it, you'd have a better chance of winning with Heaner playing the #1 QB roll and Hill playing his all around roll with maybe a little more expanded QB plays than to put Hill in a #1 QB and lose the plays Hill gives you at TE, WR, Wild Cat, RB, Blocking, ST annnnndddd QB..
I know it's hard to understand but just know that it is what it is.
