No need to overreact at all to this game when it comes to rattler … rattlr played well at times played poorly at times … Tampa switch to man in the second half which gave him fits … he lost olave our line sucked arse today …. We could not get a 3 and short to save our lives mainly cause we just tried to run up the middle … he will start Thursday so just be patient and we will go from there

Allen is done .. he is a defensive minded coach he just coached a saints team that could not tackle and allowed 51 points .. he is done

The Saints are paying the price of not having much depth to the team right now. I blame the decision makers on that.

Yeah, there a bunch of players hurt but no one cares!

Every team deals with that.

Thought Rattler had good moments and bad moments. The bootlegs were working and Juwan Johnson finally started contributing more.

this Thursday is big. If the Saints lay another egg like that at home, his arse should be gone!

Rattler had legit no help yesterday. His number 1 WR fumbles and gets concussed on the first pass, his offensive line is horrendous, and our run game is non-existent. All that combined with his first game being a shootout.

I’d give him a C. He missed some open WR’s and the pick to shaheed was bad, but he got no help whatsoever from all the veterans around him.

Thursday will be interesting.

Rookie v Rookie, Nix v Rattler.

Nix has had more games to get settled.

Folks who think Rattler played bad and/or dont think he showed ability to be an NFL starter are morons.

Saying Rattler sucked yesterday is as dumb as saying Carr sucks.

It took Jayden and Williams two games minimum to get rolling this year and at this point Im sure the Commanders/Bears are excited.

Quarterback overall is not the problem. If quarterback was our biggest problem we would have a damn good football team.

Rattler will get more chances to prove himself. The problem for him is it will be with this team.

Anyone over reacting on Rattler is not football smart. He shows a lot of promise. He's demeanor on the field is very advanced. He is calm and confident for a rookie. Can throw very well on the move. We may have a backup that can become a starter. Would that be a first? Jake was looking good... but we let him go.

He looked like a rookie with some talent out there. First half was more good than bad, 2nd half TB's defense brought the pressure and forced his eyes down too much. Unfortunately, for him, he has a short week to study his mistakes and adjust accordingly.

I am not sure if he will be the long-term answer, or if he is even better than Carr at this point in their respective careers. But I would much rather see Rattler try to progress and improve with actual playing time, than play .500 ball with Carr.

And while we all want DA to go, we all know he will get the benefit of the doubt because of the injuries and the shite team/depth this front office has given him and will most likely be the HC to start 2025.

not putting much blame on Rattler as he really had no help from the WRs once Olave went down

He went up against the best defensive mind in football. You saw what happened when Bowles adjusted at half. Not a fair fight
