You guys act like bama is unbeatable … Florida st beat them … South Carolina had the ball in the fourth tied going to a two minute drill and fumbled the game away … I’m not saying LSU wins but it’s not like we are Oregon st … we are loaded with talent and intern coaches first games usually play beyond expectations… I imagine lsu plays one of there better games this year and it’s a ball game late

It’s not that we gave up a first is that it had no protections on it …. Like I agree with the people who defend the trade cause they love queen as a prospect .. I do too !!! … I don’t want to tank either .. but we are an injury prone organization.. literally our whole team cycles through lengthy injuries all year … You Had To Protect the Pick … at the very least top 3 protected .. that is what made the trade beyond defense in my book …

Dude it’s football for every example you give there is a counter example…. You bring up the colts with Daniel jones to prove your point … but fail to mention the same team also was successful drafting Peyton manning with an awful team and building theteam around him …. The problem with building a team than getting a qb is you have to go through trade or free agency … cause you won’t be picking high anymore
There is no one way to do things … and I have never in my life seen a fan base so worked up around about a second round pick … we took a shot at the important position on the field …. And the crazy thing is he could still work out … he could improve the rest of the season where we don’t even need to draft a qb next year …and if he doesn’t work out we will have a top 3 pick … everyone needs to relax … there more than one way to eat a Reese’s and there is for more than one way to build a winning football team … it’s year one of Kellen .. and we all knew it was a rebuild year

I mean we don’t have any reason to tank again … literally the only thing that matters is player development and establishing a culture of winning … obviously we have some young guys and we were never going to start 20-5 but we should be competitive and not be losing by 30 plus at home … Willie Green needs to go … but Gayle loves him to much as a person I guess ….
