Doubt they trade him. They may guarantee part of his salary, but he is 31. They are not likely to invest heavily in an extension.

I think he’s an average head coach.
He’s notably better than Dennis Allen was. Would take over: Aaron Glenn, Dolphins coach, Zac Taylor, Colts coach, and Dan Quinn.
