Absolutely. He’s an elite difference maker. Green Bay has drafted very well for years now, stays cap savvy, and now gets to take a real crack at it. Their picks will likely be in the 20s so good for them for absolutely going for it.

Wow just wow! That old fart traded him to a playoff rival. That would be like us trading a player to the Falcons.

Boys won't be worrying about facing him in the playoffs.

A couple of things to note.

The Cowboys now have 2 first round picks for the next two years

This could be another Herschel Walker thing, we all know what happened there. ??

This could be used to package picks to get Arch, if he comes out.

What sucks is this will dominate the sports news for the next several days. ??

Every talking head will give their 2 cents.

Yup . The Sirius NDL radio channel brought up that Jones might think he can get Manning the same way he got Aikman .

it didn't really cost packers much when you think about it, Could have drafted a pass rusher with unknown skills or add a pick to one who is proven.

A lot of money, but the league is affording to pay everyone as long as fans keep paying for the product.

Daks deal isn't bad and the cowboys can absorb dumping him if they draft a rookie next yr for a rebuild.

It cost a fortune. Green bay must win the Super Bowl in the next few years and Parsons must average 14-15 sacks a year over the next 4 years. Otherwise, Jerry took them to the cleaners. A lot has to go right for this to work for GB.

He's an elite pass rusher who played for a team owned by a brilliant businessman who has no real football acumen.

So you wouldn’t trade ceaser Ruiz and Payton turner for the best pass rusher in football? Two late firsts?

That’s what they essentially gave up along with cap space.

Carr(33 million) Ruiz (11 million) Cooks (6.5 million) = more than what Parsons got per year. Think about that. I’ll make that trade every single day with the draft picks and contracts this front office has been giving out…

People over value picks too much. Remember when we gave up a future high pick to move up and draft Davenport in the 1st? You think your team is gonna compete for a SB, that means you expect to be picking in the late 20s regardless. You get the opportunity to “select” the best defensive player in the league at the most important position for those 2 late firsts, it’s a no brainer. But I also think it’s a good move for Dallas because they have no prayer of a SB with Dak getting paid like an elite QB when he’s simply middle of the pack Dak.

Were you under the impression that Dallas would make the playoffs or something?

He averages over 14 sacks a season and consistently has one of the highest pressure rates. 26 years old. Not that much of a stretch. "Must win a SB" idk about that but he can have a Von Miller type impact in the playoffs.

Ok. What else does he do?

Parsons does not play the run. At all.

So what’s left?
