Who was the most dominating Saint on each side of the ball? Lets exclude Drew Brees from the offensive side. You get to name one player at its best single season.... not a career award.

Deuce McAllister 2003
Darren Sharper 2009 (Gross)

2000 LaRoi Glover form is hard to pass on.

Rickey Jackson had some great years.
Demario Davis should get some consideration
Mark Fields had 2 fantastic seasons.

Michael Thomas has to be the offesnive weapon of choice but honestly, it would likely be a Willie Roaf or Terron Armstead season. Toss in some Jahri Evans seasons.

It's hard to pass up Jimmy Graham as TE in 2013.
86 Receptions
1,215 Yards
14.1 Avg
16 TDs
He is only 4th behind Gates, Gonzalez and Gronk in total TDs @ 85
Even in 2011:
99 Receptions
1310 Yards
13.2 Avg.
11 TDs
Cam Jordan on Defense has had a pretty stellar career with us....hope he retires a Saint.

All time performance? Performance in a season?
If the latter, I'd submit Joe Horn's 2004 season:
94 catches for 1399 yards and 11 TDs. 77% of his catches made first downs. He also had zero fumbles.

season performance is what i intended thread for.
Graham/Horn/Thomas nice choices.... better than the single seasons bests of Roaf/Terron/Jahri though???

Are we talking single season in Nola or total Saints career or total career who spent time in Nola?
For single season:
La'Roi Glover on defense for sure.
If no Brees, then Michael Thomas I guess.

Jari Evans 2009 honorable mention
Mike Thomas 2019:
Thomas finished the 2019 season with 149 catches – an NFL record, with 1,725 yards and nine touchdowns. He was awarded the AP Offensive Player of the Year
He also made 8 Db's consider retirement, 4 DB's cry and 1 Db get a sex change.
Darren Sharper 2009 honorable mention
Le Roi Glover 2000:
Defensive tackle who could bench press two Norman Hands, led the NFL in sacks with 17. Glover did it, and made it look easy.

How has no one mentioned Pat Swilling's 1991 Defensive Player of the Year campaign? 17 sacks.
