Not sure where the confusion lies.

He will be a FA after 2025 season. Atlanta may possibly trade him. Someone asked me if we would trade for half a season, and I said no, I meant after 2025 season is over.

No, I'm talking about after this season is over.

Thoughts on Atlanta possibly trading him? Not sure the divisional rival would be a great idea. Especially since our TE situation has been horrible since Graham.

When Drew was around

What do you think was his biggest contribution?

Ability to read defenses
Recognizing and adjusting play-call @ line of scrimmage
Accuracy/% completion
Work-ethic / Positive mindset
2-minute drill
Bro, Kamara was fed the ball 11 times yesterday. ELEVEN......
Look how many players the Saints have had that blew up after leaving. And they SUCKED here as well.
I get that, but it seems like he is doing JUST enough to get traded.
Guess he knows that we are not in the 'win now' mode and he doesn't see any post-season possibilities with this squad for another 2-3 years IF we are lucky.

First two seasons, he had 1000+ yards receiving, but only 4-5 TDs
Yeah, but with any slight improvement from Rattler and having Shough, what is the probability that we pick a QB if we have a top 5 pick?

As of now, what should we do?

So we all know that this season is a wash/crash-n-burn/tank/rebuild, whatever you want to call it.

My question is, do we look at rebuilding with any FA or possible trades (us getting a player vs strictly a pick in the draft), OR do we just rely on draft picks and development of current young players?

I saw Trey Hendrickson is a possible trade candidate, but not sure if he's too expensive. I feel like he may actually work out for us with our current staff vs. when DA was here.

I would feel alright trading Kamara with us having Neal and Miller, but can Miller stay healthy ALL season?

Ok with Olave being traded, as he is too intermittently productive. If he can get us a high couple of draft picks, that would help out.

Penning so far...?

I haven't been able to watch but maybe half of one game. How has he been playing so far? Also, who took Ruiz's place?

Would love to see Cam get a ring at some point, no matter which team he plays for. Overall good guy. Sucks he couldn't get a title with Drew.

Yes, but isn't that the entire point right now?

Overall? Not a bad game?

Rattler looks better each week. He has scrambling ability, but still seems timid with the ball at times. Glad to see Miller FINALLY doing something besides warming a bench.

Olave.........hard pass. Thought he would be something special, but consistently disappoints.

Running game looks good, but need to feed them more than 26 between two players. The running game apparently looked good.

Defense is getting outplayed weekly and I'm not sure if it is lack of talent, or age, or BOTH.

I know Buffalo is a SB contender, but for one half, we were right there with them.

Did I see that we didn't punt once today? I would call that a win.
Grupe was finally decent.

Sanker was a madman. I like how he plays like his contract is on the line.

4 Penalties as well.

Passed for 126 and 0 INT 1 TD

If Olave doesn't drop passes, he probably throws for closer to 200?

Cannot WAIT to see Skattebo lower his head and us try to 'arm' tackle this guy.

Is Buffalo this 'mid', or am I missing something? Defense shows up one week but not the next.

It seems we play up to great teams, but down to pathetic ones. SMH
@ work, so not able to watch the game. Who got hurt?

The ONLY way that this game remains close is if we run the ball. Buffalo's run defense is not great so far this year. And when I say close, I mean not losing by more than 20 points

If the defense does anything similar to last week, I'm worried this will be out of hand by quarter 2.

Weather is ok for outdoors, but the kicking game has been lackluster, so with any wind.........yeah

re: 190 yards. What you hitting?

Posted by JRE1980 on 9/14/25 at 4:15 pm to
Full 9 or backed-off 8. Depends on wind, elevation and/or other conditions.

I played golf beginning at the age of 7. I played with my grandfather, father and uncles. Played all kinds of different courses, ranging from easy to extremely difficult.
I played through middle school, junior high and high school. I tried to play collegiate golf, but after the coach said, "Get to scratch handicap, and then come talk to me" I burnt myself out on the game. I had no coach, and the amount of information versus today online was limited.
I would go to work or school and then hit bags of balls, or chip and putt. I would get better, then worse. Some rounds great (best 9 hole score was -2 under), some not. Best 18 hole score 74. I got burnt out on the grind. If I had a coach, probably would have flourished a bit more, but I didn't commit.
So yes is a short answer. I quit golf and limit myself to the occasional round every 6 months or year. My 11 year old is somewhat into the sport so I go mess around chipping and putting with him sometimes.

Point is, just play. Whether it is on the weekends with your son or dad. Whether it is during the week with buddies for a few bucks or bragging rights. Whether it is cathartic for you to escape the daily grind or stresses from life. If it is too much of a burden, and you HATE how you feel when you play, especially with a bad round, then yes, hang it up. If not, then just keep clawing away at it. My father wanted to give up 10+ years ago because his game became SO bad. He played 2x per week with buddies and it was to the point where it was no longer fun. He never gave it up. It's an outlet for him. Enjoy it.
