Touchdown to turnover ratio, including rushing TDs and fumbles

Pat Mahomes 3.25/1
Brees 28/1

The talking heads see two numbers:
1. TDs
2. Yards

The stupid narrative right now is Mahomes has added to his incredible season, not that his 5 turnovers lost his team the game.

Crazy that they didn't see those two numbers in 2011. Instead it was what the OP said.

I'm sure Mahomes being half black affects the voters, even though it obviously shouldn't.

If you don't think people vote for Mahomes as being a successful young half black QUARTERBACK in the NFL to go along with stats as the thing cool thing to do in this day in age I don't know what to tell you.

There's no arguing with numbers, and even then KC fans want to discount Brees' superiority there.
But there's also intangibles, and I don't think that you can discount Brees' work ethic or his leadership skills. He's obviously beloved and respected by his teammates.

Funny, this isn't what they saw in 2011.

To be fair. Rodgers sat out the last game or he'd easily lead the league in tds.

Technically, Rodgers did lead the league in total TDs.

That aint how it works. Rodgers doesn't get credit for those "what if" stats. That being said, for the first and only time in NFL history, a QB who lead the NFL in yards and TDs did not win the MVP. We were told it was because Rodgers had a better passer rating. Now lets see how consistent they are with that logic this season, as Brees is poised to shatter that record too.

Funny how those didn’t seem to matter In 2011

this is 100% opposite of the narrative in 2011 when Drew had the numbers and Rodgers had the sick QB Rating.

Mahomes had more turnovers last night than Brees has all year.

Mahoomes gave the rams 21 points last night.

Not an MVP performance.

How much is Aaron paying you to be his hype man?

He didn't lead the league in TDs?

God, I hate that. But not as much as the handful of Rodgers homers that lurk this board.

Yes, because his question of how much Aaron Rodgers is paying me was a valid question that needed a dollar amount answer.

When did we begin hating getting facts correctly around here?
