Mickey Loomis Needs to step aside as GM, He's thinking and outlook has become stale.
We need a New GM and Head Coach, This would help All to be accountable for the Next 5 years.

This is what I was saying. If he keeps spouting off about it he needs to go. He hitched his wagon to Allen. In the words of Ari from entourage "GET THE frick OUT!!!!!"

I think if people didn’t post on a Saints forum that would send a message as well. How about you give it a try??

Really apparent he didn’t agree with Gayles decision again.
This is the kind of fracture in a relationship than can grow into a parting of the ways.
It's perfectly ok if he disagreed with the call from Gayle to make the change, but you air that in private then go about making the decision the boss wants and move on.
Twice now , maybe three time he's aired this to the media. He's salty. Can Gayle trust him to hire the best replacement for the Saints HC now? Wouldn't it be in Mickey's best interest to be proven right, that Allen was the better coach for the job? What better way to do that then to completely screw up the next hire.
I really like this approach by Loomis and think the media needs to poke and prod him as much as possible to keep him going. He's certainly not going to be able to hide from them. There are going to be a lot of question to be answered that is a GMs responsibility to answer.

It’s obvious that Mrs. B forced him to fire DA. He sounded bitter.

He’s making it very clear.
I do wonder if he’s been told he’s out after the season.

Further proof he just doesn’t get it. Will never admit he made any mistakes with DA hire. Does anyone seriously want Loomis interviewing coaches to replace DA?

I don’t have an issue talking about injuries or other issues we have had the last few years.
But defending Dennis Allen is a total losing proposition. He was brought in to keep the culture. He didn’t do that. He lost the locker room. Players didn’t respect him. The NFL didn’t respect him. His calling card is defense which has regressed over the last two years. He had a losing record with the easiest schedule in the NFL. He was 7-9 against the NFC South with 3 losses to the Panthers.
There is not one redeemable factor from the Dennis Allen tenure. None! Don’t try to defend it, it’s disingenuous.

Loomis will never own it
Just admit it, it was a terrible hire and bringing in Carr was an awful move

The injuries are a legitimate excuse for the offense. They arent for the defense. A defense that went from good in 2022, to mediocre last season, to horrible this season. Thats allens baby. That isnt a result, thats just the truth, and its “looking beyond the result”. There is no excuse for the defense that bad. The defense had a normal number of injuries.
If Mickey needs to talk, just say Dennis was an excellent DC for the saints and a great friend. And wish him well.
Otherwise Mickey needs to shut the frick up

It has become so obvious that Loomis has romantic feelings for DA

He has to be fired at this point. He just has to...nobody would keep this kind of dissent around their organization.

I've always felt like Mickey was completely untouchable.
For the first time I don't feel like that anymore.

During the Payton era I really didn’t listen to Mick that much.
Recent times I have.
Has he always been this obtuse and arrogant ?

Aren't mickey Loomis and Dennis Allen related in some distant way like by marriage?
Posted on 11/6/24 at 1:00 pm to Fun Bunch
Also, these comments make me think the next coach will either be another “Loomis” guy like Aaron Glenn or won’t be given a fair shake to prove that it wasn’t Allen’s fault.

There’s some truth to it, sure, but its obvious Allen’s cock is balls deep down Mickey's throat.
I mean, why heap that much praise?
Think that would get me banned on SR?

This Mickey Loomis has always been a problem, tell Gayle I am personally offended!!!Posted on 11/7/24 at 8:28 am to Fun Bunch
I don’t get it. Mickey has a lot of money to be made in the future of the Saints administration, and it’s like he’s actively pissing it away.
