This is a good point.

How many came to Drew's defense when Thomas went off on him? Davenport?

This is going to hurt Thomas too though.
What team wants an often injured, diva WR, who has lost AT LEAST one step and is willing to trash every aspect of the organization.

Thomas threw the best quarterback he'll ever play with under the bus.

Eli Apple is still playing in this league somehow. If he can keep getting jobs so can MT.

Regardless if MT and other Saints players talk amongst themselves during the off-season (of course they do). It's HIGHLY unlikely any of them know anymore than us when it comes to the OC search.
Y'all really think the front office is running their decisions by the players?
The players MIGHT find out an hour or so before we do, directly from DA if they handle it correctly. Otherwise they'll see it in Twitter like the rest of us.

It's just common sense. If even 10 players knew, there would be updates on X constantly.

Nope....illegal.

I'm not saying they're asking the players for their input on who they should hire. But they ABSOLUTELY would discuss it with players who might be nearing free agency or re-signing.
And don't forget these players have agents. And agents also talk to each other. There's a reason why legitimate coaching rumors get leaked and it isn't because sports bloggers are sitting in a room together with an Ouija board.

Seriously doubt Loomis and Allen are texting Thomas or any soon to be saints free agents, updates on what is happening with these interviews.
Theses players are off. It's just not happening

Depends on if they're wanting to keep them.
FWIW I'm not saying they ARE doing the above.....just that it isn't outside of the realm of possibility....as stated earlier in this thread.

He's running his mouth b/c he knows he will not play another down for the Saints. Frick him and his soft arse self.

Sounds like a man who knows he wont be back

Not engaging in social media drama is a sign of maturity.
Thomas lacks that.

4 pages on this. If you wanted to send a message you would ignore him.

Purdy just got Jennings hit hard. Cross off 49ers for Thomas

This isn’t a mature team. Even the captain airs his dirty laundry in front of millions

The Saints need to get rid of his soft pussy arse because he always injured and just causes problems with little to no production.

Michael can’t stay healthy regardless of who the QB is. It’s probably not his fault, but quit complaining about it constantly. His body is just breaking down on him.

His mind is no stronger than his weak-arse body. He is soft mentally and physically and needs to go.
