Kendre a healthy inactive for a washed AK, Kamara then gets more touches than Etienne

Not something we have talked about much, but that entire sequence really does not make sense.
KM is pretty talented just can't stay healthy, and he showed some real juice at times week 1.
AK was pretty washed last year, and it was very unclear he was even going to be on the roster at all, and got nicked up in preseason.
Etienne you paid a bunch of money to, you would think they would want to get him actively involved. He did average 4.4 yards a carry on straight hand offs (on only 8 attempts).
Kinda of strange decisions on Kellen's part

Have to imagine those 2 bobbles limited some of Etienne's touches. He was immediately taken out of the game for the one that was his fault.
AK only played 20 snaps, Etienne played 37; 68 total plays
So looks like Etienne was a bigger part of the gameplan, just worked out for AK to get more touches. Was AK more involved in the passing game to help with blitz pickup?

It’s a long season, I have no issue giving Kendre or even Estime so run next to Etienne. Kellen has always leaned into a committee for the most part. I don’t think Etienne is good enough to warrant the lion’s share even though we paid him so well
The org has been patronizing AK41 ever since they extended him the first time. Like they need to overpay him for mid production AND force feed him touches? Find a little role for him and don’t budge on it. RZ RB or something like that

They waived him with an injury settlement. Didn't realize that.
He is probably healthy and wants to play and they didn't have a spot for him. Donaldson plays special teams and is good at blocking on 3rd downs.

I was excited to finally see this explosive back field but I didn’t get that in week 1. Hopefully they figure it out in the next few weeks.

There's a play I saw yesterday where as soon as Alvin takes a handoff hes met 3 yds behind the los by a defender. The frick is he supposed to do with that?
Same for an outlet where as soon as he catches the ball hes met by a Ravens defender.
