Do you remember Ingram’s first few years in the league? There were murmurs that he was a bust. He had a fumbling issue, and he used to trip in the hole.

Fournette has been very productive, especially when you consider he went against 8-9 man fronts with a shitty passing game.

Fournette voided any guaranteed money he was due when he got suspended for coming off the sideline and fighting in Buffalo

That is what the Jaguars way. Even still he was owed I think 4million for this year. Players still get paid even if it isn't guaranteed.

So because Ingram got better, Fournette will too?

Look at their efficiency.
Ingram year 1- 3.9 ypc
Ingram year 2- 3.9 ypc
Ingram year 3- 4.9 ypc

Fournette year 1- 3.9 ypc
Fournette year 2- 3.3 ypc
Fournette year 3- 4.3 ypc

Ingram lost two fumbles. Fournette lost 3

Fournette hasn’t seen a 9 man front outside of the goal line in his NFL career. Why do y’all keep repeating this? Not to mention the saints were unbearably predictable with Ingram early in his career. If he was in the game it was a running play, like clockwork.

Well looking at those stats he did get better in year three like MI. Neither have fumble issues and I would wager money that in those three years MI had a much better oline, coaching staff and QB.

LF is a good nfl RB and could help almost any team.

I'd take Fournette over Murray right now. I think that's the question you ask yourself.

This is false IIRC. Since he was waived, the team the gets him off of waivers will take on the remainder of his rookie contract, which is 1yr/4ish million

Damn, you're right. I'm an idiot.

Murray has been nothing but great
Why get rid of a team guy in Murray for someone like fournette who will be mad the moment he doesn't get a new deal

I hear ya man. I was starting to believe that he was washed up but then I went and watched his highlights from last year. He looks like he's got plenty left in the tank. The guy has not ever been on any team with a great qb or offensive line. I would like to see what he could do on a team with real weapons
