It looks that way.

I wouldn't be upset if the Saints ended up with him.

It would cost similar in picks and salary to what Watson received for a very undersized QB who hasn’t done anything of note in this league

The issue is he is not an elite QB. Will he be one day? Possibly, but I don't want to spend $200,000,000 finding out.

Sounds like Brandin Cooks

Brandon Cooks wouldn't be asking for $40M per year and doesn't have the entire offense on his shoulders.

Brandin Cooks plays defense now?

I'd rather have Jameis than that little guy. He looks ridiculous out there

About the same size as Brees with a lot more mobility. Depending on the price, would be a good add with Winston in the trade.

Thank you Stafford over Kyler Murray is a no brainer.

Hard pass. He's good for fantasy because he pads his stats with short TD runs and often goes off script just because he can when something safer is available. He will never get out of the wildcard round.

most likely too much.

I'd bet they would be after Lattimore for starters. They need a lot of help at corner.

IMO, if you want to spend big on a QB and compromise other players salary on the team, he isn't one I'd do that for

Los Angeles Rams 2022
Philadelphia Eagles 2018
Baltimore Ravens 2013

Your chances of winning with a non-elite QB is much much lower and requires you to have an almost perfect roster.
Manning qas not elite when the Broncos won, either. So that means nearly half of the last 10 SBs have been won without an elite QB.

If this team was truly one player, one QB away from greatness...is this the guy you get?

Man didn’t realize how many smooth brained MFers posted on this board.

Kyler definitely has elite qualities and is in the upper tier of QBs in the league. EASILY.

Is he worth what Deshaun got? No. But Deshaun wasn’t worth what Deshaun got.

Now I’m a big Winston guy, think he’s a well above average QB and you can win with him. And at the price he signed for he’s an absolute no-brainer.

But to act like Kyler doesn’t have elite traits is laughable, you’d bring him here in a heartbeat if the price was right

I'm on the fence for this one, but think he has elite potential.

To others that said he's done nothing noteworthy, that's not fair.

He was OROY and is a 2 time pro-bowler in 3 seasons.

But there's also the meltdowns to end last season, playoff game, and now off-season.

I'm more of a soft pass, but wouldn't dismiss it for whatever reasons others are.

That’s a joke. Manning was definitely not elite physically but he was still elite mentally and that’s a huge part of being a successful QB.

And as others have said Stafford could be defined as elite. So maybe only 2/10 without elite QBs

Lol, he couldn't throw it 20 yards. Here's his stats for 2015...
Passer rating - 67.9*
QBR - 44.2**

*only player lower was Ryan mallett
**29th out of 34 qualifiers

Elite!!!

His int % was dead last in the nfl, 5.1

Elite!!!

Yds/att - 5.1, only Ryan mallett was worse

Elite!!!

Get this nonsense out of here. That version of Peyton Manning might literally be the worst starting qb to ever win a SB.

Murray is young, good, and exciting. I wouldn’t mind having him to root for on my team.
