I remember some guy coming on here and nailing the Cameron Jordan pick last year before the draft. I think he said he had sources close to the team or something. Regardless, he was dead on with the pick.

This is 100% true... I have been told by a front office guy that its ugly ugly situation and Drew WILL have to budge for a deal to get done! No way the saints can operate on the deal Drew wants and stay compeditive.

First, that would be worse case scenario, it's like that the difference is much smaller.
Second, even going worse case scenario, that's a difference of $5mil, that may just be ONE player. Sure it's important, but the notion that we go from SB contenders to not even being competitive is just silly.

One of my co-workers came in this morning talking about how someone on his facebook feed was saying the same thing yesterday "I have a friend with contacts within the organization who says the deal is negotiated, etc etc etc..."
I find it a little odd that he saw the same thing on the same day the OP released his info too..
