Obviously players have checked out so why should any fans give a shite at this point. Do we have a first round pick this year ?

Yeah, let’s get Philly a top 5 pick. Brilliant idea.

It's amazing how some people just don't seem to get that scenario!!!

I will say it again for those that just don't pay attention.

WE DO NOT HAVE A FIRST ROUND PICK NEXT YEAR.

THE EAGLES HAVE THAT PICK.

IF WE TANK, THE EAGLES, WITH THEIR GREAT RECORD Will HAVE A HIGH DRAFT PICK.

SO NO ADVANTAGE TO LOSING THIS YEAR !!!!!!!!

No 1st round picks but at least we can have a high 2nd round pick if we tank I guess. Better than nothing. I think this is going to be a multi-year tank job to shed some salary, I don't want to see many restructures next offseason to get under the cap, just let the fire sale happen and tank 2023 for that draft when we do have a 1st rounder

No we don't have a 1st which is why you're taking a beating on this thread, but....

You're not wrong necessarily. Finishing with a higher pick does give the Eagles a high 1st rounder but it also gets us higher picks in the rest of the rounds we have pick in.

We're not getting that first rounder back from the Eagles no matter where it is so one could argue you have to think about what you do have and how to maximize it.

Jeez, you fricking retarded sidewalk fans could at least do a quick google search to check the validity of your impulsive thoughts before posting.

better than settling for middle of the round in the 2nd...

we need to tank... straight up... we ain't winning shite this year anyway, and we need our 2nd rounder to be as early as possible... period

I don't understand you people bitching about us tanking and giving the Eagles a high first round draft pick. Yeah it sucks that we have to do that but we MOVE UP IN EVERY ROUND, not just the 1st, if we suck. So higher 2nd round pick, higher 3rd, higher 4th, etc. etc.

If we had ZERO picks, then sure. But we have other picks outside of the first and I'd rather pick at 34 than 44.

People also forget that good football players fall into the high 2nd round every year. A lot of teams like to take projects in the 1st.
