We play better at home.
Look at that game against the Steelers. We lose that game on the road. Bottom line. Look at Seattle. They play much better at home, as do the Chiefs. Why do you think almost every time Brady has hosted an AFC Championship that they win it while they struggle to win in the playoffs on the road. Some teams, the ones who have a TRUE homefield advantage, play better there. That’s the difference. Other teams might not care or might not be intimidated, but the home team generally plays better, fresher

Are people really disagreeing that home teams feed off the intensity?
LSUpride is trying to make a case that playing at home is not an advantage for the home team

Since 2010 home playoff teams have an almost 70 percent win percentage. End of argument

1 . One person believes the advantage is due to player personnel having an advantage indoors, crowd noise effecting audibles and calls at the line of scrimmage, and being able to have your normal routine at home
and what emotions do you think a player goes through when they can't audible or communicate with their teammates?
You toss in factors like down & distance, closeness of the game, time remaining in game, and all of a sudden buttholes pucker.
You freely admit the action, but you are denying the reaction & consequence.

Again: He's not arguing that there is no such thing as homefield advantage

1. Homefield teams by definition were also the better team....
2. I have already said I beleive in homefield advantage

It felt like the Saints were intimidated playing at Seattle when they had that huge home field advantage going.
In 2011.. the Giants straight up said they were rooting for the Niners to beat us because they didn't want to come play @ New Orleans.. they admitted @ niners was easier than @ saints. Of course it was a combination or team + homefield advantage.

It’s fine, we simply disagree

I figured you to be the idiot, but I decided to be polite and say nothing. Unfortunately, now I feel I should call you out for being a pathetic loser.
Oh. OK. You're an autist

When the Saints went to Seattle in 2010 we were the better team.
When the Saints went to Minny last year, we were the better team.

They are the weakest secondary not named the Chiefs in the playoffs... Brees would torch them again.
The Eagles defense is grossly underrated. They are really similar to the Saints.
Lots of passing yards given up, pretty good against the run, and middle of the pack in ppg.
The PHI-NO game was the outlier for them. However, the huge caveat here is that Brees is the only QB of his caliber that they faced all season.
