With the way the game was called.

He was avoiding a penalty.

He should have let him catch it and tackle him.

Yep.

On that second replay that was it.

No reason why he doesn’t reach up “trying” forbthe ball though.

We were playing a defense that purposely was allowing that catch in order to make the tackle and run the clock out

He just let the moment get to big for him and forgot what he was doing out there

Pretty embarrassing

That's idiotic. He tried the typical dive at the legs tackle and whiffed instead of wrapping up

It doesn't really matter why. He fricked up but only the bottom one percent here honestly feels he was paid by mobsters or something.

By doing the only thing worse than interfering.

What situation calls for tackling with your shoulder a receiver that is up in the air coming down with the ball and taking out the only other defensive player in the area.

Even if time wasn't crucial, that wasn't the play to make.

You don't avoid pass interference with your head down.

Nice try, but no.

I could understand it if we was running full speed and had to pull up but he wasn't. He sidestepped and then did the bizzaro dive

Agreed, but he screwed up.

He did not get paid like some are saying.

You can say that, but you tackle with your arms and hands, not with your head.

The fact that he was in a position to possibly cause interference is enough to cut him.

He was a hair early. Being early like that, contact would have been Pi

All he had to do was push him out of bounds after the catch.

For fricks sake he's airborne just hit him and he's falling down
