TBF Shough is one of the only bright spots of this game. I don't think Drew would be playing any better. Shough's accuracy while being pressured/getting hit is impressive.

This franchise has simply regressed to the mean. It’s a fricking miracle Brees could drag us to 1 Super Bowl win.

Brees was the straw that stirred the drink but Payton provided structure, stability & motivation. There's a reason he was able to build up the franchise the way he did & turn Denver around so quickly.

You watched that game and thought the QB was the problem?
The defense gave up 45. You don't win a lot of games when the defense gives up 45. Everytime the offense would score and try to cut the lead the defense would give up another touchdown.
