That we are not playing in the Superbowl tomorrow. The Saints were the best overall NFC team in the playoffs sucks that we probably won't get drew another shot at another ring.

I don't think we would have beaten the Eagles. That's a really huge assumption you're just breezing through

I don't know about the Super Bowl but we should have been playing in the NFCCG. The Vikings got lucky and came into that game with a fat head and got destroyed. I don't know if we beat the Eagles but the score would have been much tighter.

Not very. Philly beats any team the way they played in the nfc championship.

San Fran loss burns more

The way the Eagles took it to the Vikings, I think the Saints definitely would have given them a better game but, realistically, with all the injuries this year, winning the Super Bowl just wasn’t in the cards. The fact they made it as far as they did was pretty amazing. I’m very excited for next year. If healthy, the Saint really have a legit shot at hosting the NFC Championship game and winning the Super Bowl.

The Saints were 0-2 vs the Vikings. Out of 8 quarters of football the Saints only outscored the Vikings in 2 of them. And the Vikings had a better overall W-L record this year.

There is not one objective measure that points to the Saints being better then the Vikings

I’m not sure we could’ve beaten Philly (but I do think we would’ve played them closer than Minny)

If we somehow escaped, we definitely match up well with NE. What could’ve been :(

Tulane would have played them closer than Minnesota but we may have run in to a buzz saw there. Or maybe not. We will never know. I would have loved to have seen our offense against N.E.'s defense, but the games are played on the field and we were not there. Congrats to the Eagles. They earned it.

Agreed.

I was aggravated until I saw Foles turn into joe Montana against the Vikings. And if we got past them, what’s Brady do against us 600yds?
