20 years from now, who will it be...

Manning?

Bush has less business on that list than someone like Reuben Mayes or Dalton Hilliard.

He hasn't been a Saint long enough. He keeps it up for a few more years and he could be #1. Bring us a Superbowl title and he will become a New Orleans God!!!!

Rickey Jackson. He would have been a first ballot Hall of Famer if he played the majority of his years with another team. He was the best all around linebacker in an era packed with great ones. He was great against the pass, run, and was a hell of a pass rusher. Forced fumbles like a mad man. Child Support aside he is, was, and probably forever will be the greatest Saint of all time. He even picked up a Super Bowl ring with the freaking Niners. It is a travesty that he is not in the Hall of Fame and a so-so player like Andre Tippett is in there.

I think Brees surpasses Archie as the best. Right now, I'd have to say Archie is still the "greatest".

Ricky J is number 1 right now. Brees is fast approaching and will go down as the best ever.

This is how the top 5 should look

1)Brett Maxie
2)Toi Cook
3)Keith Poole
4)Fred Weary
5)Tyrone Hughs

Seriously though, in 20 years it will be Drew Brees that everyone talks about

but here are some honorable mentions:

1)Morten Anderson
2)Sam Mills
3)Fred MacAfee
4)Eric Martin
5)Craig "Iron Head" Heyward

It's hard not to put Brees #1 when he is the only Saints with a legitimate shot at the HOF.

Drew Brees may set records and lead us to the Super Bowl. Nobody wants it more than I do.

But for me, Archie will always be Mr. Saint.

It's too early to say Brees yet, but barring injury, I just don't see how he doesn't blow by every former Saint in the next 3 years.
