Acadiana Wild Game Processing (Matt Courville’s) is the best I’ve found. The service is awesome and the Cro Sticks, Cajun Sugar with Jalapeño, and basically everything they do is top notch. Not in BR, but Acadiana Wild Game processing is awesome. Breakfast sausage was phenomenal. Their Crosticks (snack stick like a Slim Jim) made fans of non-deer eaters....
