To fix this mess. It is systemic and it starts with Loomis.

Loomis and Ireland and Staley have got to go.

This team is so talent deficient I’m willing to give Moore one more year.

But Loomis has become stale…
Ireland can’t draft for crap!!!
Staley is a poor DC.

She will be talking about the parties she hosted for the next two years and nothing else until she brings the team back to Paris.

Gayle only started giving a shite when she started to worry that we would look bad in Paris.

What about to your fans in Louisiana and the US?

She has to dump Loomis, or have him step aside, and that isn't happening. We stay in salary cap hell every year and that's the GMs fault.

No. His gameplanning is so bad that it doesn't matter whether this team has talent.

The talent excuse works for the defense. They’ve invested a ton on offense and it isn’t working. Moore is running straight into blitzing linebackers every play which means his scheme isn’t working.

Moore is an issue too, you can see it in the small things.

He has issues. But I think he needs a DC that will bring some passion. Like a Gregg Williams was.

That being said, I think a new GM needs a year to assess and hire a new coach. Usually you shouldn’t do GM and new coach the same year.

Agreed. The new GM should give Moore another year to prove he is the one or not.

That's why I don't really blame Moore for how this team is playing. Could they be better prepared to start games? Probably. That said, this team is void of talent and playmakers and it'd be nearly impossible for the greatest coach to make this into a winning team. I actually think Moore is doing decent with the talent he has (or lack thereof).

Until Loomis is gone, I can't feel good about the future of this franchise. I said it at the time and I'll continue to say it, drafting Tyson 8th overall was a stupid arse pick. Drafting an injury prone WR to a franchise that struggles with those same injuries the WR you drafted has issues with. That pick was the type of pick you make as a luxury pick, not one you make when your team is void of talent so many other places and already has a decent WR1.

frick gold digging Gayle and frick Loomis.

She'll never sell. She doesn't give a s*** about football, but it would heavily affect our status as a socialite
