She'll never get rid of Loomis is the problem. It could all go to hell and she'd know no different. She is also 75 and isn't going to hire a new GM or know what she should be looking for.

Steelers are a consistent winner with the Rooney's. The 49ers were never the same after Eddie Debartolo was forced to sell. Detroit Lions are always shitty because of the cheap arse Ford family. Do I even to mention Jerry Jones?

Compared to other issues no, but she’s an interior designer who inherited the franchise up against ruthless businessmen who made their wealth with their business acumen.
Gayle seemingly knows to hire great execs and she hasn’t meddled to date. That’s desirable for great GMs.
That said, her franchises are located in one of the US 3rd world shiteholes and to the extent they can be are pimples on the elephant arse in league hierarchy.
Saints and Pels fans should be satisfied just to be in the club, but no to expect much else beyond participating.

She’s great when everything is going well by signing checks and not interfering with the front office like other owners. However that’s a double edged sword because when the bottom falls out she won’t know anything about how to fix it. But like another poster said, she keeps the teams in New Orleans. Not sure we can say that for the next guy.
