If its cheap, the potential is still there

I wanted us to get him coming out of college, but we nabbed cooks. He took a few years, but he's growing into a very solid receiver.

Wouldn't break the bank either IMHO

Is my favorite to become a #2 receiver. Marvin Jones became a solid #2 for Detroit and I think Richardson can easily become a solid #2 who complements Thomas and an aging Ginn perfectly.

Ginn is a solid deep threat, but he's showing he has good hands this year and taken over the snead role perfectly

We'll get one in the first 3 rounds of the draft, we always do.

This name stood out to me, and might be the first time I’ve ever agreed with you

I would fricking cry tears of joy if we signed Jarvis Landry. Him, Thomas, and Ginn would be unstoppable with Drew.

Which ever wide receiver we sign or draft they need to be good character guys who want complain about catches especially in this offense where drew spreads the ball around.

Wouldnt be against a big splash like Allen Robison or Sammy watkins

But Albert Wilson, Pryor, Jordan Matthews, or Brice Butler would suffice.

I always thought we wouldn't have a shot, but I just looked at the cap numbers and I don't think Jacksonville is going to tag him

16.5mil to tag, they only have an estimated 17.7mil

They also have:
Marqise Lee
Paul Posluszny
Patrick Omameh

If they don't come to a deal, I think they let him walk. They cannot live on him being on a franchise tag.

They don't have much notable names they can cut to make room either aside from Chris Ivory saves them 6.9mil.

I think they roll with Allen Hurns and Marqise Lee

Would love AR. I know he had an ACL but other than that hes been healthy, unlike watkins, and Should be cheaper than Jarvis. I'd absolutely give him a 4 year deal if affordable

Love Lee— a fellow Trojan— but is a weaker Thomas. Loves slants and hooks, but we don’t want two of those.

Love a kickass TE more than anything. Draft sucks for TE.

The spot I would target first would be TE. A guy like Austin Seferian-Jenkins is intriguing. As is Trey Burton from Philly. Jimmy Graham?

At WR I would target guys such as Paul Richardson, Donte Moncrief, or Marqise Lee. Cameron Meredith would come dirt cheap and he's a guy that showed a ton of ability in Chicago, but tore his ACL and MCL this past year. Terrelle Pryor would come cheap as well, I'm assuming after his performance this past year.

Jarvis Landry is an alpha dawg....I don't think that bodes well in New Orleans.

So many guys on that list that would have career years with Brees as their QB...need to consider run blocking ability as well, not sure who on that list would be solid at that.

I like Landry, obviously being from LSU. The dude is a beast. Catches everything. I also like Amendola from New England. A very cerebral guy and a Super Bowl Champion! Brees would have another weapon to move the chains on 3rd downs. I think the team will release Sneed rather than give him a lucrative extension (he should have signed before the DUI), so replacing him with Amendola or Landry and adding a stud TE would make the offense unstoppable!
