Good….i may have been the only Saints fan that didn’t want him. Generational QB’s make him look great. He maybe a good coach one day but I don’t think he’s ready.

Told y’all he wasn’t leaving Buffalo to coach the Saints. Dude can sit until a job he wants opens up.

Exactly. The gamble would’ve been to accept. Brady is telling us the Bills OC is a better job.

When your QB is Josh Allen, yes … the OC position is a better job.

This coaching search tells us that everyone in the NFL thinks the Saints are a mess for at least another year (likely due to the cap restrictions).
Or that Loomis is a joke and they know he only has a year or so left.

That’s not a good sign when coordinators turn down a head coaching job

What a shite show

Going to end up with Captain Meh in McCarthy as he gets one last big pay day and rides off into the sun

There's a reason all these other teams overlooked him.

He's been phenomenal this year, but Josh Allen has played out of his mind. Let's not forget his Carolina era, teams are cautious right now. It's why guys like Kingsbury isn't a hot name again despite his success

Saints will have to beg and promise not to fire the Coach no matter what happens the next 3 years. This has to be the poorest run franchise in professional sports.

I'm glad to hear this for Brady. Very smart man. The Saints job is a shite job for the next head coach that'll eventually get fired within the next 3-4 years because of Loomis.

Brady will be front man for Bengals next year after another crappy year from Taylor.

This. But also it’s a smart move on his part. He knows he would need 3/4 years and Loomis might not give it to him. Why burn potentially you’re only shot as a HC on such a dumpster fire?

The silver lining is it hopefully wakes up Gayle I don’t think Glenn or Brady was the answer either way

Exactly. Get out of my head.

McCarthy might be the only one who stands a chance in there

You keep making up shite you have no possible way of knowing if it’s true. It’s not like you could become an even worse poster.

When this happens, it usually means the coach got word - or had a feeling - they were not getting the job

Not when he hasn’t even had a real interview nor have all interviews even been close to completed. This is him saying he’s not interested.

This was the last of 7 jobs available. 6 passed him by, he took his name out of the hat for the only possible gig

This is a good point. A lot of the candidates that were hired were retreads or didn’t field very many interviews (Glenn, Carroll, Vrabel, etc.)

Bears were Johnson or McCarthy. Brady didn’t really get much of an interview with most
