Looks like we have the next Nike poster boy.

Cue the next round of diversity talk and commercials from NFL. Blah blah.

Some politician is going to throw in their two cents. Call for NFL investigation.

Calls for Miami, NY to not be included in future Superbowl, draft bids

You do what any other coach does when they get canned, you look for a new job and wait for another HC opportunity to come your way. Declaring racism because of your crappy win/loss record is a slap in the face and the height of immaturity.

When you falsely accuse an organization instead of owning up to your shitty record then yes you get mad. Using false accusations of racism as leverage tells me loads about the character of Flores.

If another owner had a disagreement with a white coach and wanted him fired then nobody would care. Especially if the coach had the exact same coaching record.

People may even screw you, but not everything that goes against you is racially motivated. We probably all have been wronged a time or two in life.

It sure would be nice to live in a world where anything negative wasn't considered racially motivated.

It sure sucks that we see things so differently. I find it sad there are a ton of people who believe the world is against them. I saw some people tonight say, "The NFL doesn't care about black people."

I would imagine the only thing the NFL cares about is money. It's a business. It's sad to me that some people believe the entire world is out to get them, because of their race. Can anything negative happen without being questioned as racially motivated?

People keep saying we need to have this conversation, but all I see that comes from it is more division. It's terrible.

Sure feels like the straight white male is constantly shitted on without any backlash.

I don't think Flores has committed career suicide. He likely wasn't going to get hired this go around, but now with this attention he might. And even if he doesn't, he now has more support than ever. Well-played on his part.

Now I understand why the Dolphins fired him. He’s a race baiting jackass.

That said, I love watching the NFL burn, so lawyer up you SJW son of a bitch. Bring it l down!

I understood he was likely to get a job this year. I don’t get making a stink so early in the process.

Depends on what kind of actual evidence he has for a racism claim. I think this year he's not getting hired, but if he ends up having legit evidence then you can't blame him, but either way if there is legit evidence or not as an organization you have to let this shite play out before signing him. You cannot have a HC not be focused on HC, and tied up sueing the NFL.
I fricking hate bogus arse false racism claims, I think people who do that are scum and should be treated as an actual racist would. That being said, I haven't seen anything that says Flores' treatment was racist but I also haven't read the lawsuit to know what all was in it. Unless Flores has legit evidence, then this is stupid. And the timing is horrible considering he is still going through interviews.

Read his complaint. Statistics about the number of blacks in coaching positions and his experiences with interviewing like, they showed up drunk, or they wanted to hire a white guy instead
