Looks like if Atlanta wins the rest of their games, and the Saints only lose to the Falcons, the Saints will own the tiebreaker.

SF could very well lose @ Baltimore and vs Pitt, but I don't see them losing to anyone else on their schedule. Though if that does happen and we've still got just 3 losses at the time, I'd love to see Seattle beat them in week 16. We and Baltimore know, crazy things happen there.

san fran will lose a couple times before the season is over, they have 5 divisional games left and they have to fly across the country to play baltimore, and the majority of their remaining games are away without a bye week, the pressure will get to them and the saints have a better than average chance at the number 2 spot if we beat the giants and the lions

if we win out and they lose to baltimore and pittsburgh we still get the 2nd seed

The Falcons actually have an easier schedule than the Saints (both are easy though), from here on out.
I think the Falcons fight Chi/Det as a wild card. TB is awful. This whole friggin season is awful. EVERY team is average to downright f'ugly on D.
SF might have the best D in the league... maybe Houston. Yep - fact.

Anyone else notice we disappear from the bracket when you sort by the "away" criteria?

Huh? They would have two AFC losses + one NFC, we would have 3 NFC losses. I'm not looking at the tiebreaker rules right now, but I can't imagine anything being ahead of that given that we won't play each other. We have to win out and they have to lose 3.

Wow, you have Atlanta going 6-1 over the next 7 games. You're either my new favorite person in the world or watching a different Falcons team than I am.
God, I hope you're right though. I sure wouldn't mind going 0-2 against NO in the regular season and then beating you guys at the dome for the 1st round matchup. Holy erection...

I think this is how it will play out. I have your Dirty Birds losing 2 more but winning the rest. I would say in my scenario you beat the Giants and then have to take on the Saints in the Dome.

They don't play anybody the rest of the year except the Saints. Unless you count the Texans with Matt Leinart. I'd pick the Bucs to go 6-1 with that schedule.

So you really think the Texans will go 2-4 over the next 6 games, with our schedule? The only tough game we have left is Atlanta and we get them at home.
