"Listen, I have no intention of going anywhere," Brees said on WEEI's The Greg Hill Show. "I don't care what the offer would be or what the situation might be, I am Who Dat Nation for life."

Hope he gets one more title until he rides off into the sunset.

We need to be "ALL IN' this MFer this year.

Great talk, but let's see what kind of deal he asks for and gets. Chances are it will tie up the team's cap long term and prevent them from staying strong after he retires.

Yes. Drew is screwing us over years to come. Maybe forever. I'm done

If there was every a year to push all the chips in, it's this year. To send Drew out on top would be amazing, given we all know this is his last ride (even if he hasn't explicitly said so, we all know it).
New CBA and follow-on TV deal will expand cap space in future years, plus the fanbase will be more forgiving to being aggressive with spending money to get players to win now, even if it on paper hurts us a bit in the following seasons.
Hope Mickey spends like a drunken sailor in FA.

Hundred percent going to Canton when he gets his first-ballot invite. Love that guy!

Bc that's such a betrayal to the saints' organization. All saints should never leave Nola unless it's a road game

Wonder if he will want to stay a few years too long

I love NOLA but I’d be on the beach in SD too
