He has always struggled with the 3-4 defense. This played a role in why we shifted to this new scheme, so Drew would be better equipped to defeat it. Fact.

I love the switch. It's so hard to find 4-3 ends now as days, and we already had a number of guys who fit the mold of the 3-4.
