I think that's what this is what this move is about. He is also a strong voice and former head coach.

Does anyone know the deal with carmichael? I know he is staying around but it sounds like he wants to stay in the role he has.

I figured they would always hire someone and blend their ideas with the saints system.
It is late in the cycle but they should be able to do better than marrone as co-oc if that's what this is.

If Doug Marrone is OC, Dennis Allen will be fired within 3 years. Might as well just blow it up and start the rebuild now for the next coach.
