Drew made him everything he was. He can't play that role better than Ginn, even Coleman has passed him up.

he's generally a very good edge blocker

just hasn't been targeted much in the passing game yet since getting back in the line-up

Snead, was one of the main third down guys for the saints.
The saints need him back. But it looks like peyton is keeping him on a leash.
and making him earn his spot back.
Coleman is trash.

Snead is the biggest mystery this year. Drew is not even looking his way when he's in the game.

said this in another thread, w/ Kamara's emergence as a pass catcher, along with Coleman becoming much more reliable as a pass catcher, Snead's role has been reduced greatly...

still has value, as he is still a good WR, but that suspension opened the door for others, and they took advantage of it... Drew has come to trust both of those guys in the passing game, so losing those reps hurt Snead's role here...

Snead is not fully back from injury.

He shits on Landry when healthy. Fact.

I have a feeling as the season progresses we will see him step up.

This year Snead reminds me of 09 Lance Moore.

He's playing more snaps every week. Needs to round into shape and he'll be fine in a few weeks

Yea way to early to sh!t on the guy. We are loaded thats a fact. And Brees will throw you the ball when he feels comfortable about it. Snead has more patience than most joe posters I think

No. And the price each will get in the offseason will show how wrong you are.

Still, This team needs Snead to return to his past productive self.

There's no doubt Landry will get paid more. Snead has been suspended and hurt. I dont even think he has a catch this year. This is good for the Saints
