morning after and didn't sleep much last night. All of the sports shows this morning saying the same thing....blatant and obvious game deciding missed call. Where does that leave us? shite out of luck. Sickening feeling. I feel so bad for our team. I am just a fan. I can't even imagine how heartbreaking it must be for our guys that suit up every Sunday and give everything they have to this team all year long. Sorry to sound so depressing but just needed to vent.

Watching the Chiefs/Pats game didn't make me feel any better

Patriots got a huge advantage on several obvious blown calls as well

Never buying another ticket or gear from the NFL.

I’ll watch casually but the fanboy in me is gone after yesterday.

I think that's most of us today. I was sick to my stomach from late 4th quarter all through the night. Slept 2 hours.

I'm gonna get right and move on. This incident made me realize i'm way too emotionally invested in spectating this sport. No more of that. frick the NFL.

After the Saints debacle in 2011 season with the 49ers I started watching for entertainment purposes only. All the players and coaches still getting paid while the fans are sick. Nah, its just good entertainment now.

The sooner you realize that the players don't really really care the better you will be. Sure they "want" to win but it's a business and at the end of the day winning and losing is way down on their list

Posted this earlier but it fits here.

The officiating and the way rules have been implemented over the past decade really is taking the fun out of it. It's not just this game or call. Its every ticky tack call its every tv timeout its everytime you watch holding and PI calls get "interpretted". I'm not done as a fan but something needs to change. It used to be fun to watch win or lose even though the losses hurt it was still fun. That hasn't been there for me in a long time

You are giving Falcons fans fodder.

Don't you get it? You are doing exactly what they want you to do!

Exactly what I told my wife. I can’t feel like this anymore. 2 years in a row - down right can’t enjoy the damn games....I should be thankful but it’s been hard to think clearly about the whole situation.

49ers game in January 2012 broke me. Same week as BCS debacle for LSU. I still watch for fun and was upset about yesterday’s game for sure. But, January 2012 broke me of caring like I once did.

Someone has seen the movie fever pitch. To think that those guys aren't completely heartbroken after this is just dumb.

I'm not broken because I stopped being an NFL fanboy years ago. The game is poorly officiated and it has become a sham because of it. What I mean by the word "poorly" is that the officiating has become completely inconsistent and arbitrary.

In years past, the officiating seemed to be clean for the Playoffs. Now we see that this is no longer the case, and, that inconsistent officiating can affect the outcome of Conference Championship games.

Why would anybody be an ardent fan of a game whose rules are so subjective and inconsistently enforced as to affect the outcome of the game? That's like not watching a game at all. It's more like watching "Officiating".

On Sundays I watch NFL Redzone. No commercials. Covers all the games. I DVR all Saints games and watch later if the mood strikes me. Any other NFL game is the same -- DVR and watch later.

I do not consume the NFL product in the manner in which the National Fixed League has intended for its consumers.

No, I will never again personally attend an NFL game. Too much time and trouble to watch a flawed product.

You say this...

Then you say this...

You're watching their programming and recording their games

Thats exactly what they want

I never play the conspiracy part but yesterday I cannot be convinced otherwise that the NFL didnt want the LA market in the Super Bowl.

Wow, what a kick to the nuts.

I'm struggling with it.
