A 3/100 this offseason would be fine. That's put him 9th in average salary

Klutch/Damarius Bilbo guy. They’ve played his situation to near perfection. I’d be prepared for Young to be the highest paid end in the league when he inks a deal

Maybe it's wishful thinking but I can't see them going over the $50mm that will anderson got. couple years younger than Chase and not as much injury history

I'm pretty sure he'll command at least $40-45 though

Really depends on the timing of the deal

If they’re going to trade someone it should be Granderson. He’s on pace for 16 sacks, 71 tackles, and 14 TFLs.

An interesting chip this year would be Granderson. 5.5 sacks already and he’s a decent run defender. If we truly suck and need a decent pick he’d be worth something.

I'll tell you who needs to be traded.

Loomis and Moore. Both.

Can probably get at least a 2030 7th for them.

I'd be good with moving Grando before the trade deadline since I can't see us winning enough to be in the hunt

I have never said a word about firing Loomis, try again pal

You better start saying something.

What is he good for. He didn't want to fire Dennis Allen and he hired kellen Moore.

Moore hasn't been able to fix any of the problems on the team, especially the problems on offense. It's like he is too nice to do anything.

I will say that I think Mickey's hiring of Moore is his biggest mistake of his tenure, but we did get Shough out of it.

I think his biggest strengths are managing the cap and the business side so maybe she'll decide to elevate him to a different role in the organization, who knows.

I really just don't want Kellen to be the coach anymore

which appeared to be a successful hire for a bit.

Yeah it seemed to be going well for awhile but the issues on offense are really starting to stack up. And the surface level personality problems become exaggerated when it isn't going to plan

I don't think we're the only ones questioning him as the leader of the team. The locker room has to be doing it too

We aren't in "blow it up to rebuild for the future" mode.

We are a new head coach, healthy offense, and some FA defensive players away from competing for the division. It's going to be very important that we don't frick up this offseason.

Then I hope that's not on the saints. I thought 3/100 was an overpay taking it being a new deal into account. Going more than 50% higher would be retarded.

50% higher than your arbitrary number from the market 3-5 seasons ago isn't retarded. It's just the market

I wouldn’t call cashing in on Chase as a blow it up mode

Well I'm talking about giving him an extension now, so being 9th would be relevant today.

This would be a bit of an overpay, but that also takes into account the changes in the market.

In no way is he worth what the top edge just got
