Kind of off subject but when the picture was taken of all the head coaches in the league earlier this year he was the only one wearing his name tag in the picture.

I'm certainly not sold on allen, but I feel like he showed a little promise down the stretch last year. Team had high expectations to start the season, and they just didn't perform well. They then righted the ship to only miss the playoffs essentially bc of a dumb play by Ingram.

I liked his draft last season, going and getting his qb this offseason, and I like the draft class on paper. It's now or never for Allen this year.

He was like my 4th choice when we hired him. So far he’s been exactly what I thought. If he doesn’t win double digits this year with one of the easiest divisions and schedules that I can think of, he needs to be fired.

This year will answer all questions. I tend to agree with you, but we’ll see.

IMO we lost far too many close games and we were so conservative on 4th down calls and in game decisions it was maddening. I get the argument we had to play that way because of the QB, but that won’t hold up this year.

Does his 28% career winning percentage give it away?

So far correct but it is a much lower ceiling this year. If he can't win this division this year he should hit the road

Might be right but he deserves this year. I think. Maybe. Kinda.

Spin zone: as bad as last year was, they were 2 wins away from a completely different ending.

Hopefully Gruden is the coach in waiting after Allen loses the shitty south again…

To be fair…..he did manage to win 2 games in a row for the first time in his career.

I'm more worried about Pete Carmichael. For a guy who was around Sean Payton for years and years, his play calling is sketchy.

Well if his players would score more points than the other team on game days then he would be
