If we can get him on a team friendly deal sure but I feel like he’s probably gonna be a bit too rich for us.

He never had a 10 sack year and never lived up to the hype. I don't know what he would be able to provide.

Clowney actually had a solid year against the run, but his sack numbers obviously were not there. He was on a 1yr/$10M deal so he should be cheaper possibly somewhere in the $7.5M range. I’d absolutely do it for that price or cheaper. That would leave us wide open in the draft to take whomever we see fit

He sucks now and quite frankly was never worth the money/hype in the pros.

He was never anything close to what people thought he would be. My opinion is that he didn't want it bad enough. I wouldn't want him on my team if true. I would only want people that live for football.
