In most of the plays he analyzes in the clip Lester posted Todd specifically asks him to explain how he shed the block so he could make the play.

He understands leverage and how/when to contort his body to avoid linemen getting a clean blow. I'll be shocked if Cincinnati doesn't take him at 9

Instincts are a form of intelligence. He has those for sure.

All I can add is Everytime lsu played them he was steady making tackles in the backfield. I think he's a stud and would live to draft him.

Smart man.

I've been anti foster but this discussion has won me over. it'd be great to finally have a dominating lb back on the team. i'll be happy if we select him .

No doubt. We have lacked sideline to sideline athletes at the position.

Are they trashing OJ Howard?

The problem with Foster is that he might be retarded. He sure keeps aiming at his foot.

At the University of Alabama, c'mon man. Does any star player at that school ever fail a piss test or get arrested?

On the field, he'd be my #1 choice at 11 if he's there. Instant upgrade for entire defense.

However, I dont know the severity of shoulder and the character is a minor thing. I'm sure the Saints have an idea since they talked to him. Gotta trust

It's never a minor thing. Didn't the Saints just clean out their locker room of negative character issues?

Tim Williams failed piss tests at Alabama.

He was a pretty big deal at Alabama.

Five plays. FIVE plays. The first one he's blitzing and the blocker never got there, so, FOUR plays.
He IS very good at running to the ball, without a doubt.
LOL, takes on UT's Tailback and makes the play...Okay.
Where's the film of him defeating an OG straight on?

False Steps will kill you in the NFL.
Not sure if he has the mental strength to learn a defense that requires recognition, but he'll be a great special teamer.
