And had 13 games on film going into tonight with a prime time road game. Not bad if you ask me. Could it have been better. Sure, but winning ain’t easy in the NFL. Best freakin record in the league!

OL is banged up.

Definitely a concern. Tre’quan doesn’t look to be playing with confidence. Kirkwood appears to have confidence, just limited skill set. Lewis has brass balls and the ability to make a big play when he’s is in the game even dating back to last year, I’m surorised he doesn’t get more playing time than he does. That being said that was not a smart play when fumbled, obviously because he fumbled but also because he was going out of bounds
Can Brandon Marshall really be that bad?

Tonight was certainly a concern, but there were many other factors contributing to poor play.

The play calling was suspect
Really silly/stupid penalties shooting themselves in the foot
Dropped passes
Some BS officiating at times
Some unlucky moments: barely being tackled, tripping on a big gain, ball bouncing off a helmet
A few very poor throws from Brees, poor decisions as well
Disappearance/Under use of Ingram

Can we all agree that you are full of shite?

Can we all agree that this was one of Sean Payton’s worst play calling games ever?

Can we all agree that Sean Payton has some terrible play calling games?

Can we all agree that Sean Payton is a go for two too early fricking Coach?

This may be contradicting statements but I'd say...

I am concerned about the offense, of course. Last 3 games, we've essentially had 1 good half out of 6, right?

But at the same time, I honestly feel there's no reason for me to think that's the offense going forward and that we won't be the all-time great offense we were before. We just had 3 road games, now we're very possibly playing nothing but home games from here on out in the Dome. I like our chances, why wouldn't I?

I expect we'll play better at home.

My biggest concern is receiver.
I'm not sure that situation is gonna improve.
I hope Ginn comes to play.

There were some pretty sloppy arse games in the second half of the Super Bowl season. It’s a concern but i don’t think they’re down for the count or anything. Need the o line back. Also need to start pounding the hall again.

Let's just agree to not play on the road for the rest of the season. That'll help the offense.

Good post. Thanks.

As Bobby says "it's a what have you done for me lately league" and this Offense has been hot garbage for the better part of a month.

It wasn't one game. It was 3 (they weren't particularly good in the Falcons game either imo).

To me that is a trend that I am concerned about.

I find it bizarre we didn't do this more tonight, even before Unger got injured.

Go have a cocktail, relax and try to enjoy a fantastic season...let the people getting paid worry about being concerned.......we are 12-2, best record currently in the whole league! Go saints!

3 straight roads games, starting with 2 in 11 days coming off Turkey day

That’s a tough stretch not even factoring in the injuries.

Offense is totally different in the dome.

No...the play calling is. I agreed with Duece McCallister. We should have attack them vertically Panthers are too fast to eek out yardage on the ground. Missing Armstead really cost us runs on the weak side especially the Screen.

Yes

But Sunday will make exactly 31 days since we played at home, seems longer too.

I’m going to trust this offense until I can’t.

On the road. Yes.
I really think the Dome is a difference maker.

Win one of the next two at home and we won’t have to worry about hitting the road.

Rest Ginn and Armstead until the playoffs. We need everyone fresh

It's a concern.

If we can get Ginn back next game in good health, it will be less of a concern. But, with things as they are now, it's a concern.
